Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note the following exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Decorative Ornaments (due to their bespoke nature)
  • Leather Bean Bags & Cushions (hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalised or monogrammed products

Returns Process

  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.

  4. Inspection: Our quality team will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

For exchanges of equal value, please follow the standard returns process indicating your preferred alternative. For size exchanges in our Ladies Jackets & Coats or Footwear collections, we’ll prioritise swift processing.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • 3-5 business days for credit card/PayPal payments
  • 5-7 business days for bank transfers

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
